RETURN POLICY

Per the Terms & Conditions, please advise the following:

  • Only products originally shipped from Centennial Bolt or an authorized supplier will be considered for return or exchange.

  • Customer certifies that the products were purchased from the company and their has been no substitution for the product from another supplier or distributor.​

  • The customer must return or express their desire to return within 10 days of receipt of material.

  • Specialty ordered items will incur a restocking fee expressed by Vendor's return policy.

  • Products must be in unused condition except if approved for failure analysis by a Company representative.

  • Unless there is a technical or conformance issue with the product, any specialty product purchased that is deemed "Non-Cancelable Non-Returnable" is not subject to return/refund.

  • Partial returns will not be accepted unless approved by management.

  • Product must be returned in the original packaging.

  • Kits are not returnable.

  • Centennial reserves the right to refuse return small order quantities.

  • All returns must have a "Return Merchandise Authorization" (RMA) form issued by Centennial before a return item receipt will be given.

  • Centennial Bolt is not responsible for return freight charges.

  • Centennial cannot accept returns for any lot controlled/numbered parts.

  • CBI will apply a restocking fee to all parts returned for credit equal to a minimum of 15% of value or $10 whichever is greater.

  • This policy applies to returns which have NOT been caused due to Centennial Bolt's error.
