PROCEDURE

On behalf of the shipping carrier, we apologize for your damaged product. We just require a little information from you:

  • Please take a picture of the shipping label.

  • Take a picture of the all outer sides of the box (TOP, BOTTOM, 4 SIDES).

  • Take a picture of the inside of the box.

  • Please send these pictures to your customer representative.
